AndrewT old hand Registered: 16/02/2002 Posts: 867 Loc: Oxford, UK	The attached .jpg is from the PCB in my washing machine. The component I'm trying to identify/source has Z0607 MA X417 on it. I know it's an ST Microelectronics part from the logo. I want to buy either a replacement or an equivalent part but I'm having no luck matching it against the likes of www.st.com or Farnell or Digikey, I'm pretty sure it's a thyristor or a triac - any ideas?
