The attached .jpg is from the PCB in my washing machine. The component I'm trying to identify/source has Z0607 MA X417 on it. I know it's an ST Microelectronics part from the logo.

I want to buy either a replacement or an equivalent part but I'm having no luck matching it against the likes of www.st.com or Farnell or Digikey, I'm pretty sure it's a thyristor or a triac - any ideas?

Edit: It's actually Z0607 and not Z0601. I've now found it in Google, all I need is a supplier.

It looks like Farnell sell them (link). Easy when you actually read the component number correctly!
