Sorry for the newbie question, but with the company on this site, I figured I would find a good answer here. This has been nagging at me for years...

I frequently see the name UNIX spelled in either leading upper or all upper case. Is the all upper case referring to the original Ken Thompson/Dennis Richie AT&T "UNIX" (i.e., uni / Multics) that is now owned by SCO, with all the variants more correctly/legally called "Unix"? I frequently see both published.
