I havn't had as much time to work my client code as I wanted, but I finally got around to finishing it. There are some differences with rioplay, the big difference being that I put a lot of control in it's web interface (including remotely navigating the menus). It also supports shoutcast streams, and works against the standard server. I've released the source code as well as the receiver.arf file which you can place in the 'Audio Receiver' directory and try it out. You can find a screenshot of it's web interface here :

You can find the files and notes here :

And it's shoutcast presence is here :

http://sourceforge.net/projects/grrr/

Give it a shot and give me some feedback.

Reza

awesome! I like the interface and the web interface is damn sweet.

Now... if i could only get shoutcast streams working. I'm having the same issues with Rioplay... shoutcast just won't play. I'll post more details when i'm not falling asleep.

Thanks for the program though Reza!

I am unable to use the configuration page to eidt the shoutcast servers listed. I make the changes and click on Save Changes, but when I go back to the configuration screen, all the original shoutcast servers are still in there.

George.

I tried it out last night too. Very cool idea on the web interface! However, I too could not save any configuration changes to shoutcast streams.
