I cant seem to be able to "move up/move down" a playlist in my top level of playlists.
ie: the list of playlists in the "Playlists" folder.
Doesnt work from the tool bar at the top, or by right clicking.
The options are there, but they're grayed out.
The "move up/move down" option works fine in sub-playlists.

Can anybody else confirm or deny?

Confirmed. Make sure this is reported to the official empeg bugs email address.

I have been discussing this on the internal bug list I noticed it in beta9 and reported it as a bug.

The up/down buttons are in fact grayed out in the root playlist. They are aware that this is the situation, they got grayed out because there was a problem with them in that location.

However, as a work-around, alt-dragging a playlist does in fact work in that screen.
