Dont worry about upgrading, I read all the stuff about it but I havn't had any problems, and the new features are worth it. Besides if you dont like the change or have problems you can always downgrade. I am the type of person that thinks if it's not broke don't fix it, but the new features were well worth it. I only had my empeg for a month then upgraded it, and I didn't even know what I was doing.
