ill turn the volume and 3 sec delay before it moves or dose anything, or ill move the volume down and 3 seconds later its silent becuase i didt know where it was going

That is a known software bug in 2.0 beta 11. To avoid it, you can downgrade to 1.03. That's about the only workaround I know for it at this time. It still isn't fixed in beta12, either, by the way.
