I finally got one mocked up. It costs me about $100 for everything including the Pelican Case. The FM Transmitter is pretty descent and runs off of 12VDC. If you bump the FM Transmitter though, it needs to be fine tuned by the wheel on the side of the transmitter.

I have included some images. It took me about 2.5 hours to complete the whole project.
