Just a note for those who don't know - remember that even when the screws are fully tightened, it's normal to have play in the docking connector. Don't attempt to tighten the screws to stop the connector moving around - that will probably break something - at the very least, it will prevent the dock mating snugly. As Rob says, the screws should be little more than finger tight.
