Hmm, I wasn't aware that dreck was in fact Yiddish. Other than the apparantly Yiddish words that we frequently use (meshuggina (we use this quite alot but with an -e ending instead of -ina and as adjective, crazy) and kosher), judging from your list there seems to be either a bunch of german words that were adopted by the Jewish or a bunch of Yiddish words that got adopted by the german speaking part of the world.

schlep - slightly altered spelling: schlepp, same meaning
schvitz - slightly altered spelling: schwitz, same meaning
mishmash - slightly altered spelling: mischmasch, same meaning
schmutz - same meaning
nosh - reminds me of naschen, same meaning

the german mensch = human beeing ... It's quite intresting to see that this means 'salt of the earth' in Yiddish. Isn't mankind self-righteous?
