Why do most MCSE certified people feel the need to wave this around so much? I can spot an e-mail from an MCSE tech in my inbox a mile away with the message size.

Probably because they want to prove that they know how to do all the "fancy graphical stuff" in Outlook.

Personally, my respect for a person's technical skills increases if they tell me that they deliberately avoid using Outlook.
