I get exactly the same - I upgraded the driver, un-installed the old version, rebooted, tried to install the new software and get the same message - I guess either it is a bug or we are both doing something wrong, didn't want to try mixing the files from the old version, spent too much time supporting MicroSnot stuff to risk that
