The weekend is indeed the 4th/5th/6th July.

As yet there is no program available, but it will roughly follow the same pattern as previous events - meet up on the Friday with a visit to a restaurant (Ribs!!!), a full program of competitions and events on the Saturday, and then a half day on the Sunday (a treasure hunt) before people start departing.

There'll be a website coming soon to allow bookings and to reserve hotel rooms, but don't count on it being this week!
