As stupid as it sounds, I had not tried that today. In the past I have never had any trouble bringing up the web client or connecting via ftp with the player plugged directly into AC.

I tried it just now and had the same problem. Now I am more confused than ever.

At least that might explain why dc_servers=1 had no effect.
