Minimize is easy. In Windows 2000, you can click the desktop icon in the toolbar. This will minimize everything on the screen.

If I remember correctly, atleast on my comp. Emplode jumps back up when I open another program, such as IE.

So, true minimizing would be great.

My workaround is to resize the emplode window to as small as possible while still able to push the sync button. And to move it into lower right corner.
