You need to press ^C (Control-C) to quit the player and get to a shell prompt. You might need to hit Control-C lots of times for the player to get the message, but, looking at that log, you should be able to get control at some point on or after the "player.cpp" line. Once you've done that, you need to manually run fsck on your music partitions (look for "e2fsck" in the FAQ).

Usually the player recovers from this sort of disaster at least well enough to connect Emplode and let it run fsck, but yours seems to be an especially bad one...
