Having had the opportunity to replace my empeg to "something else" I took a look at the Denison - looked at a handful of websites - but was finally turned off by the tone on their noticeboards. I felt there was a virtual revolution ocurring there and it lacked any of the friendliness and professionalism this board offers. I think a lot of their users are ranting at various broken promises from the company and plenty of people upset at lack of functionality they thought the player had.

In the end I've managed to locate a second hand empeg - but they can't last forever! I'm glad there is something out there to *compare* even if it doesn't bear the empeg name.
