Kudos to the author of the Drive Upgrade Guide...not only did I format a new 20G, but I transfered all of the files from one of the orginal 10G's, installed the new HD along side the remaining 10G, and did it right the first time. My Rio now has 30G (actually 27.8G usable, but that is another story) with 9.7 G free!

Now if I can only think of what to upload!
