Not a country inn, but I can recommend Hotel Ruby Foo's. I have stayed there a couple times and have enjoyed the place. It is hotel with a oriental feel and I'm all about oriental stuff. It is not in downtown so there is plenty of parking and there is a metro station one block away. They also have high speed internet (not free) and generously sized rooms for the price with a desk and couch.
