I've searched most of the net; I even tried eMule! Quite a few references, but no spec. Ansi.org tells me to buy it from the place that ricin linked to - as does a few other places. I thought (hoped!) there might be a slim chance that someone here might have come across it. Not to worry, thanks all the same.
