I've not seen too many real swedish plates, but I would imagine this one is pretty accurate
They're apparently made on stock bought from the Swedish manufacturer, pressed and painted, which I imagine is the same the Swedsh manufacturer does, so they're very accurate. I had a look a Vägverkets (department in charge) page and apparently you can get plates both with and without the EU stuff - presumably because it adds 30mm to the width, and that might not fit all cars. You can also get an even more narrow plate - the same width as a typical US plate, so as to fit for instance US cars.
