Looks like a self generated SSL certificate (ie the root trust is not known to the browser [as opposed to for instance VeriSign]). That it even attempts an encrypted connection surprises me, as the pic links are normal http, not https (http://www.area49.net/siamese3/images/sox/fans1.jpg through http://www.area49.net/siamese3/images/sox/fans6.jpg)
