I think the impression is "not released yet". Where I work is a seed site, so I could play with it, but not tell you anything.

Since it has been officially announced I don't see anything wrong with discussing known features. Expose, fast user switching, an improved finder, faster everything, and upgraded applications are all common knowledge (and very cool from what I have seen). The other big improvement for powerbook users that is rumoured is improved battery life (anywhere from any extra half hour to hour of run time). That alone would make the update worthwhile for many users.
