The worst thing about the Dell DJ is also the best thing about the Karma. I have never understood Dell's success with a strategy of "always imitate, never innovate" and "ape the market leader, but undercut their margins." Yet it still seems to be working: just look at the initial sales success of their big, dumb Pocket PCs.
