3500 files and it gives me 95 gig

Me thinks time to rethink plan of putting them on DVD

Options are a raid thingy but this sounds complex therefore more likely to go tits up

Is there a nice simple way that i could build a second machine from bits hanging around and do a back up once in a while over ethernet.

Or should i get another hard disc and every once in a while plug that into computer and squirt across files and then remove and put it back in its box ?
