Um, one small correction. You're looking for a
DVD printer, not "printable DVDs." Unless you mean a brand of DVD that takes printing well.
It depends on what type of printing you want to do. Ink? Thermal? Color? Black and white?
If your answer is thermal and color,
and you want to print on the entire disc surface, be prepared to spend a large amount of moolah. Take
this, for example.
Even then, I don't think you're going to find many thermal printers that will print right to the center of the disc. I think it would have to know how to skip the tiny ridge that separates the clear part from the writeable part.
The more likely product would be an ink printer, which can (and most likely will) smear after printing, in high heat, or just in general.
Otherwise, there might be some kit out there for applying labels that take up the entire surface, but I think you want to print directly on the disc surface.
