I'm guessing it's another me-too stripped-down multitrack recorders with an Under-$150 price.
$49 with a "Jam Pack" add on for $99.

I don't have much experience with digital recording, but the virtual instruments that they demoed in GarageBand sure sounded a lot better then those I've heard in CakeWalk. They demoed the $49 version, btw.
