I believe it is. I have never seen a blue light on a real cop car

I'm pretty sure that the police cars here in Virginia all have blue lights. At least all of the ones that I have seen.

blue -- police
red/white -- fire
orange/white -- ambulance
yellow -- tow truck

Thats what I've noticed to be the standard around here anyways.
