How about an AM/FM Radio card for the machine? They allow you to attach external antennas, so you should be able to get fairly good reception.

Hmm, hadn't thought of that. Antenna would probably have to be run pretty far away from the PC though, since computers and monitors wreak havoc on AM signals.
