I looked at the Jrec dos box and saw lots of 'frame size too large' messages. But I think that had something to do with the id3 tags. I hope some of you can help!

If your ID3 tags have a bunch of useless crap in them, such as album cover art images or extra long comment tags, then I could see this potentially happening. Use a third-party tag editing tool such as MP3 Tag Studio to strip useless data out of the tags.
