Been using this for about a week now ... Basically it takes an RSS feed and emails the stories to a particular account. Then I setup a procmail on the account that makes a folder per "sender" (the senders are the Blog names). So I end up with IMAP-accessible RSS feeds, so I can read them in Moz Mail, but that also keep track of what I've read between work and home. If anyone wants to play around with it, I have a bunch of patches that I've submitted to the author that haven't been included yet -- drop me an email.
