Do we know what this one is now?

If you see it occasionally, it's a symptom of your own indecisiveness about what to listen to but if you see it continuously, it's a symptom that you haven't really got enough cache-memory, so you need more memory (or less music).

If the player didn't have this feature, there'd be certain cache sizes (i.e. certain database sizes) at which the player would perpetually be either spinning down or spinning up the disk, which would do the disk even more harm than being permanently spun-up.
