Wow. That is extremely rare. Usually, the symptom "stripes on the display" is a fault inside the VFD glass. Unfortunately, full display boards are extremely rare in the field - you would basically need a completely dead / unrepairable empeg (also extremely rare in the field) to get one of these.

I think your only real hope for replacing a full board would be Rob S.
