The problem seemed to lie in the fact that a human being wasn't doing the underwriting, a computer was. They also kept claiming a pedestrian/vehicle accident was my fault when it wasn't. When my agent finally got a person to review it, the premium came back in line with the previous year's amount. It was more than double at first..
They had it as 5 at-fault accidents; 3 windshield chips, pedestrian/vehicle accidents and a couple other incidents ( I think I was rear-ended too.) It was a
really bad year and none of it was my fault...
Why they have the computer calculating it blatantly wrong, I couldn't hazard a guess, I mean insurance compaines are honest, right?
