The new AR panel for the MK2 is very nice. It gives a smoother look when the player is off, and when it's on it does a good job of dealing with direct sunlight. As far as I can see it doesn't degrade the quality of the screen.

So yes, all empegs are now AR coated (or can be if you ask for it on the MK2).
