I have an assembled PCATS tuner for sale. It works fine, but you might want to resolder the antennae cable as outlined in this thread:

... to make sure it has the best possible reception. I only tested it for a few minutes, so I know it works, but haven't tested the reception against an original tuner so I'm not sure it's optimal. It was never installed because I couldn't fit it in the WRX dash with all my other goodies.
