Preface: if I had $500 to spend right now, I would buy the Mac Mini and play around with it. But I don't, so I need a solution to this:

I'm looking for something to keep track of all the media I own. Basically, the 100% ideal solution would be a port of Delicious for the PC. That program looks fantastic, and I'd have a ball scanning in my stuff. But I don't have a Mac. Are there any options out there that even come close?
