No, there's one other, really important difference. The A8N-SLI Premium doesn't have a fan on it's chipset, but rather a heatpipe and thus is fanless (=noiseless). This IS a big issue. Because the fan used on the Deluxe model is one of those pesky little things that rotates at 8000 RPM+ and makes a helluva racket. Trust me, I currently have a Deluxe model, and that chipset fan is driving me absolutely bonkers. I'm currently waiting for a new Premium mobo to arrive so I can swap mobo's.

Apart from that, the specs of these two boards are indeed identical, and they are very, very good boards.
