I can do it for a little of nothing. I have a good deal of MySQL, Oracle, and PHP experience. I assume you'll want to use MySQL since it is free. I've taken classes for both MySQL cert's, but didn't have the $180 a piece for the tests. I can show you a couple projects I've done if you want.

I'm not sure of an exact price off hand, but it would be cheap. I obviously wouldn't expect any payment until it was finished, especially since there wouldn't be any cost to me outside of time.
