Well, if you were running Unix, I'd know exactly what to do, but on Windows I'm not so sure. I'm sure you can make it happen, but, basically, you want to get an IMAP server up and running and then find (or write) a program that will download your POP mail periodically and insert it into your IMAP server. Neither one should be terribly difficult, but I don't really know where to start on Windows.
