Thanks guys. I'm definitely not looking forward to the paperwork. I'm actually hiring someone (contract basis) starting in a few weeks (to program, not do paperwork...) And have plans for full time hire(s) with standard payroll pay and benefits starting next spring. So that's even more paperwork.

I'm sure I'll be posting asking for a lot more specific advice in the future - on all sorts of topics.
