So? It's your donut spare. You're not going to use it except to limp home or to the service station. Toss some of that fix-a-flat in there and it'll be as good as it needs to be for a donut spare. Just make sure to drive it immediately afterwards. It squirts some sticky compound in there that, if it's not rotating, will all just settle to the bottom and put the tire off-balance and possibly not fix the leak.
