I got rid of my 5700 last year and have been without a camera since. I'll use my GF's HP every now and then when I need to take an image for my work.

My plan is is to get a D200 with a few lenses and a Canon Elph (Ixus) series as a "carry everywhere" camera. Hopefully I'll make some money this year and can give myself those toys as a birthday or Christmas present. I haven't wanted a camera as badly as the D200 since the F90X film body.
