today i tried to put music on my rio for the first time since buying an ipod and using itunes and emplode couldn't read the file type (MPEG-4) that itunes uses. i have downloaded a lot of my cds with itunes and don't want to rip them again with another program. i have tried to convert the files with db power amp and it dosen't read the itunes file type.

has anyone else had this problem? is there a program to convert the file type to mp3?
