Didn't they turn it around right at the end of those two episodes to poke fun at themselves? Honestly, I wasn't sure if they were 100% serious about what they were saying, and it was mostly poking fun. Besides, who uses Cartman as a compass for anything?

I still like the show a lot. I was never as devoted to it as many are, and certainly not as much as I have been to the Simpsons, but it certainly makes me laugh every time.

And about the Simpsons: my problem is that for about 4 seasons, they're episodes have started to use really random plot devices, which someone must have thought was funny, but they really aren't.

One last thing, has anyone else here heard about Seth MacFarlane's experience on 9/11? It's crazy.
