Doesn't sound like a scam at all - sounds like the seller may be out of town, ill, had a family crisis (and the description/photo may just mean they are a lazy sod without much idea of how to sell kit on eBay ).

Unless you paid for next-day delivery etc then I'd wait a bit longer to get worried
