That may be because later versions of Hijack report more problems to the display than earlier versions or the stock kernel. The older versions would simply let the player hiccup or reboot and not display an error message on the screen.


Oh, right! Yup, so he's just seeing the v3a11 s/w crash once in a while, like it often does on many of the players.

EDIT: a ReserveCache line in config.ini will probably cure that. v3a11 is hungrier for memory, and the extra required for Hijack may be enough to push it to the brink. /EDIT
