Not yet, but for the record, it's only useful for someone who's syncing music with mp3tofid and rsync instead of emplode/jemplode and wants the empeg to initiate the rsync process when it comes into range of the home network. empsyncd just takes care of noticing that the key has been turned off, looks for your wireless connection, initiates the rsync if required, tells the empeg to wake up in an hour, and powers it down.

It sounds like the wireless solution folks here are talking about is one that still uses emplode, where the sync process is initiated from your PC after you walk into the house. For that setup, I don't think any extra software hacks are required, you just need to turn the car on, wait for the wireless bridge to join your WLAN, and sync away.

But, if there's genuine interest, I can try to clean things up and release something.
