I used to use one that came with a (Illegal then in the UK) cheapo set of wireless headphones from a rather doubtful stall in Leeds market: It worked better than a wireless network, expensive Sennheiser and Sony wireless headphones, or a video sender through our 2ft thick walls. It had the added advantage that the headphones worked perfectly well as a personal FM radio.
