Wait. You don't rearrange the eggs every morning so that they spend an even amount of time near the cooling vents at the back of the fridge?

course I do. Sheesh, what do you take me for, some kind of fool? On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I rotate each egg one position counterclockwise. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I flip the whole group 180 degrees, from front to back. It would be easiest to just rotate the whole carton 180 degrees, but then the opening of the carton would be facing the wrong way. Can't have that! Sundays I leave them alone, but I make sure that on Monday mornings I eat the ones furthest away from the vent.
Isn't that how
everybody does it?
