Security Now is totally worth the listen. If you're tight on time, skip the "Question and Answer" and "Listener Feedback" episodes (every other episode). The main topical episodes are worth downloading and saving forever, like an audio text book. I learned more in his recent "Fundamentals of Computing" episodes than in my entire college computer science CPU architecture class.
